The team The CREC team consist of Engineers, Product Owner and Model Developers and is working on implementing and maintaining the Credit Risk Economic Capital model which is used throughout the bank, using Agile Way of Work. Roles and responsibilities • To be able to do this master thesis you need to: • Analyse current CREC Model • Learn workload–runtime relationships • Identify or prioritise bottlenecks • Optimise batching, concurrency, and resources • Do Industry & Market Research How to succeed We hire smart people like you for your potential. Currently pursuing a degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science or a related field. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills. • Proficiency in Python. • Proficiency in Copilot and AI-use. • Interest in (Credit Risk) Modelling. • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
