Job Description & Summary Your responsibilities will include: • Assistance in the delivery of valuation projects • Support in carrying out financial analysis of company's historic results and projections • Conducting industry, market, macroeconomic researches • Assistance in feasibility studies preparation • Support in developing financial models • Support other lines of services with valuation related assignments • Assistance in review of client’s/other valuer’s applied methodology of impairment tests of PPE/Goodwill, including DCFs, WACC calculations, etc • Support in verifying client’s/other valuer’s fixed and intangible assets valuations (for IFRS purposes) Knowledge, Skills, and Experience: • University degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Accounting or other technical specialties • At least theoretical knowledge (Income, Market, Cost approaches, discount rate) of business, tangible (incl. real estate), and intangible asset valuation • Ability to build financial models and prepare market research • MS Excel, PowerPoint, MS Word proficiency • Working English and Ukrainian languages • Strong numerical, financial analytical skills and general business knowledge • Practical experience in financial modelling and valuation is a plus • Practical experience in report writing and the preparation of presentations is a plus • Ongoing participation in and / or completion of one of the following professional qualifications is an advantage: CFA, National valuation certificates, RICS, TEGoVA, etc. We Offer: • Competitive salary and bonuses for excellent performance. • Exceptional opportunities for professional and personal development - ACCA certification is fully paid by the company, numerous in-house and external trainings, free English classes. • Career growth - ‘from intern to partner’ opportunity. • Strong, enthusiastic and friendly team. • Interesting and challenging tasks. • Health insurance, corporate psychologist and clubs of interests (badminton, volleyball, yoga, movies, etc.). #LI-NL1 — This position is managed in the company's applicant tracking system (Req.
