We are currently looking for a Landside Operations Specialist to join our team and support our growing customer portfolio. What You'll Be Doing • Manage and coordinate transport and logistics activities for our customers. • Monitor shipments and ensure timely execution across the supply chain. • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates and resolving operational inquiries. • Collaborate with internal stakeholders for our customers' success. • Handle shipping documentation and ensure data accuracy in operational systems. • Identify and proactively resolve shipment disruptions. • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Build strong customer relationships and contribute to service excellence. What We're Looking For • Studies in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, transportation, or customer service. Any work related experience in the same field will be an advantage. • Fluency in English and the local language (written and spoken). • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment. • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. • Customer-centric mindset with attention to detail.
